Hatori, you see..his left eye is almost blind. Hatori had a lover. Her name was Kana, and she was Hatori's assistant. She was a very nice person.Even when she found out Hatori was cursed..She smile, saying she didn't care.They even promised to get married.But....Akito got mad. He got so mad, saying they cannot get married, saying he wouldn't allow it..and he hurt Hatori's eye...
But,..Hatori didn't blame Akito..Kana blamed herself instead.She said it was her fault that Hatori's eye got hurt. She kept blaming herself and her hurt got more ill. That's why Hatori erased Kana's memory. He couldn't watch Kana being torn into pieces. So he erased the time of when they were in love. Kana left.Hatori cried.
